nthWORD Launches Online Arts and Culture Magazine as a Showcase for Artists
HARTFORD, CT – nthWORD, Adjust your Thinking ™, a new online magazine for people who are passionate about words, images and ideas is now available at www.nthword.com
The magazines founders, Robert Frigault and Ryan O’Connor, Editor-in-Chief, developed the concept as a showcase for artists, as opposed to just a website. “nthWORD’s main goal is to provide exposure to both discovered and previously undiscovered artists by delivering content that is culturally, socially and personally relevant to our audience,” said O’Connor. “We strive to use art and writing to push cultural boundaries in order to incite positive change in the world, by elevating consciousness through and awareness of feeling (whether it be laughter, anger, sorrow or any combination of emotions.)”
nthWORD features original satires and allegories, gut-busting articles on politics and pop-culture, fiction, poetry, and visual art with a punchy, acerbic tone. “In our inaugural issue we are proud to feature writers and artists who have been published in The New York Times, Esquire, Maxim, Salon.com. We are also excited to showcase our very talented previously unpublished writers,” said Frigault. “We would like to invite all those with an appreciation for the arts to read our magazine, contribute and help spread the word.”
